Go to another location! IF they speak English well enough to even take your order, let alone correctly, you'll still wait far too long for your food. Every time! Edited to add that I appreciate the corporate response and, for their effort, have raised my rating. Thank you. 09/12/26- Changed back to 1 star. They don't even deserve that since they don't seem to actually want their customers. There are better quick options around.
Went through to drive through and ordered a very simple meal of a quarter pounder with cheese value meal . The speaker was horrible and my order had to be repeated 5 times ! Once I paid I had to wait nearly 10 mins and when I got my order it was missing the fries ! McDonald’s should shut down this location and fire these lazy kids who don’t want to work !
I stop here for breakfast 5 days a week so I’ve seen a lot of the experiences here and noticed that when this guy Alex is running the show no matter what goes wrong everything goes smooth. He runs expo, takes orders, runs food. I’ve even seen guests go into the kitchen and yell at him and he holds it together. As a long time restaurant worker you guys are super lucky to have someone like Alex on your staff!
