Well I visited this McDonald's on yesterday which was Mother's day, may I add.I had one of there refresher drinks about 2wks prior abd it was delicious but I have a problem with ice on my teeth they are sensitive to it.Si I thought I will order me a large without ice,it was Mother's day, why not treat myself.So I get to the order box,they have two one on each side,the first one has a car only one but the next one is clear, so I take that one thinking this should be quick....nooooo,that wasn't the case,why am I sitting here a... read more
Very pleasant staff
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While in the drive-thru, I observed another customer receive their order, return it, and indicate it was incorrect. The employee then attempted to pass that same bag to me through the second window. I informed the worker that I had just seen the bag being returned from another car. He then walked off and replaced the bag, but I was still given the same burgers with visibly wrinkled, partially opened wrappers, and the food was cold. Girl in drive-thru wasn't friendly. She was poorly trained. Employees at Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's provide better customer service.
