Terrible experience. Around 12:59 PM, nearly every customer was complaining — cold food, wrong items, long waits. Me and my elderly dad waited 20 minutes, only to get cold food too. They remade it, but that shouldn’t even happen after such a long wait. Later, we ordered McFlurries, and they came up saying they had none — offering random substitutes instead.
