I ordered a cheeseburger, medium meal and both cheeseburgers with extra pickle and tomato. I got my tomato, but I didn’t even have one single pickle on the damn cheese Burger I’m very disappointed in this McDonald’s. I don’t suggest Carbondale McDonald’s at all.
Absolutely terrible experience at the Mueller Family McDonald’s. Spent $50 just to be shorted on my order and told “the best we can do is medium fries” after paying for a large. Meanwhile, the manager Matt was out smoking a vape by the dumpster instead of handling the situation. The person taking the order kept cutting me off, wouldn’t listen, and acted like helping a paying customer was an inconvenience. Early before eleven, ordered cheeseburger and fries through drive-thru. The fries were like wooden matchsticks, completely dried out and inedible. Burger was dried out and without flavor. Never again! How do you serve food petrified by heat lamps? Came back a year later because a friend wanted to stop there. I made the same order as previously, and Lo and behold, I received the same food... Dried out fries and the burger was room temp. Ugh! At last now my friend knows not to go there anymore.
