The night crew seems to have a real tough time with the kitchen, I got stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The front of house people were super nice, which is the only saving grace of this location. I’m super sorry that their coworkers are slow. As for the food, it’s a McDonald’s, what more do you expect?

I'm just updating my review. I went through the drive-thru today on October 1st. The line was moving very slowly and when I got to the window I figured out why. The girl working the window was on her phone versus greeting and helping customers. She didn't even acknowledge that I was there. This is more of a review for the management and ownership of this restaurant to try to fix things. I work and my time is precious to me and feel like they should be doing the work they're expected to do and being paid to do

Food is usually pretty fast but the interior dining room is the grossest of any McDonald's I've ever been to. Literally never clean.

I was working and about 7 miles from this Farmington Utah location when I used the App to make a breakfast order at 10:22Am. I did not arrive at the restaurant until 10:34AM, and while I was driving the App cancelled my order. I went inside the restaurant with my dilemma. The staff was kind, helpful and understanding. They remade my breakfast and did not charge me to acknowledge the inconvenience. I ate inside the restaurant.
