Typical mcdonalds. Nothing different. Nice clean
Awful experience. They made multiple mistakes, which was totally fine and understandable. I ended up paying 4 dollars more than what I was supposed to (again - this is also not a huge deal). But the guy at the window could not have been more rude about the situation. I hope he is coached on customer service, worst attitude I have seen in years.
My husband and I returned home to Utah after a long day of traveling with our infant daughter and hit this place on the way home around 9pm 9/5. After dealing with a screaming baby on an airplane all day we just wanted something quick and easy. After we got our food, we realized our order was wrong—we were missing a couple items and then burgers I ordered without ketchup (my husband has a tomato allergy) had come with ketchup anyway.
