This McDonald’s is so bad. The service is terrible. Wait time at anytime of day are terrible. I only ever go to this one because every other McDonald’s is a farther drive. Pulled up to the speaker no one greeted or said it would be a moment so I just sat there for a few minutes when someone decided to greet me. Paid with cash the exact amount and somehow got 20 cents back. This location should be shut down. Its absolutely filthy, disgusting from the entrance all the way through the dining room. Restroom had feces smeared on the floor. No toilet paper, baby changing station was down and looked like it had dirty motor oil smeared all over it. This place has sat dirty for a long time. This is the WORST McDonalds in the City. I go through McDonalds a couple times a week for a morning coffee and oatmeal. No matter when I go, they take forever because they only have 2 people working in the mornings and they NEVER have the diced apples for my oatmeal. Every time I ask about diced apples, I'm always told they are out. How can other locations never have an issue with this? While this location is the closest to my office, I try to avoid it at all costs.
The service is always slow for dine-in during morning and lunch, which doesn’t give me high hopes for dinner. I've had wrong orders given to me. Waited 20-30 minutes for a sausage biscuit. I've waited the same amount of time in the lobby for a simple coffee. There are never receipts, so I can fill out the surveys. Go to a different McDonald's. They even charged me for someone else's order through the drive-through. It wouldn't be so bad if it were a mistake here or there but it is EVERY TIME and not just me.
