Just picked up two door dashes in ten minutes there. Both times the manager (a woman) cutting up and joking around with 3 other female employees. Looks like a fun place to hang out but not much work gets done in an orderly fashion. Young girl put the last item in the bag, a caramel frappe, then walked away. Couple minutes later walked back over to the bag did not put anything else in it but proceeded to closes it up. Systems go down, and the employees get rude and flippant with their comments when trying to ask when the system goes down. Even though the screens were up for ordering, and they could verify the order through a receipt, they were happier not working or even acknowledging their PAYING customers. If I could leave a zero, I would. They need to revamp the entire store from management down.
Nice place to stop for an ice cream cone in the evening. Extremely fast service. Employees have great attitudes.
