I got in at 10am and put my order in at 10:04am.Not only did my order number leave the Progress screen completely but I was Blatantly ignored by staff and the manager. I tried to ask about my order, got looked in the eye while I asked where my order was flat out ignored, and only around 10:56am did a younger gentleman of the staff ask about my number and found out they had my order was behind the counter for over 23 minutes.
