I come here a lot and the customer service is always on point, and even when something slightly goes wrong, the team here doesn't an amazing job to correct the mistake, and I'm usually met with a smile and a heart felt apology. Managers are always on point with making sure everything goes smooth at this location.
Earlier today, I witnessed what seemed to be a teenager screaming in his car outside of this dons. I went up to him and asked him what the big idea was. He told me that it took him 45 minutes to get a burger. I told him I would be SO mad. I was hoping I didn’t have the same fate. So, I turned away and didn’t even get anything. 45 minutes for one burger is unfathomable. I never thought I would say I that I would choose Burger King over McDonald’s, but I’ve been left with no choice. Burger King 4L
I want to start this review off saying that I just wanted my burger and lemonade. So I walk in, go to the self checkout kiosk and put in my McDonald’s code. I redeem one free cheeseburger and buy one small lemonade. Very simple order, it should have taken 5 minutes at most. I sit down and wait… for 40 minutes. 40 whole minutes I am sitting there waiting for something that could have been made in 2.
