Every single table in the dining room is dirty. I watched customers come in and walk out because it feels like no one works here. It's 2:45 pm, not busy. I also watched a customer get his food and then look for salt packets, nothing is in the dining room yet he could not get help from the employees behind the wall. If the employees are not going to be available then please put condiments and pop in the dining room. Terrible experience. I'll go to the one on Main.
I redeemed my free McChicken and on top of the long wait they gave me a Spicy McChicken. I was also waiting on a DoorDash and it was ready but one of the employees told them I only had one to order so I had to wait even longer for a DoorDash that was already ready and the food got cold.
It's McDonald's. But this particular one is a nice one
If you like to wait 10-20 mins for “fast food” with watered down Tea and employees with attitude this is the place to be. I’d rather drive to the other side of town than go back here.
