Customer service is not a priority for the staff or management. The other McDonald's in town is much more accommodating & takes pride in making sure the children leave happy! Worth a drive to the other side of town to walk out happy.
This is NOT fast food. Staff is nearly absent. Wi-Fi poor. There are better McDonalds
Had to stop whole traveling and wasn't impressed. They either were short staffed or were overwhelmed. The wait for the food was crazy for fast food. I ordered a coffee that the machine didn't work on. They tried to make me the equivalent, which was nice. But they could've charged me a coffee price and not a frap price. Since the frap machine was broken. Some of their staff were very immature and rude to other customers. One was outside on the phone, being extremely loud and inappropriate. Don't know where the management is.
One Of The Worst McDonald’s I’ve Ever Been To. The Inside Lobby Is So Plain And Makes You Sleepy. Food Is Always Uncooked Or Overcooked. The Workers Always Have Attitudes
