I usually don’t write reviews, but this McDonald’s really needs improvement. The first time we came, they messed up our order by giving us spicy chicken snack wraps instead of the ranch ones. The second time, they forgot to include straws and ketchup, and we had to drive back just to get them. While we were there, we even overheard another customer upset because his fries and chicken were missing.
