McDonald’s Review Tirza and Jada were absolutely amazing! Their customer service was upbeat, friendly, and so refreshing. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that everything came out just right. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention these days, and they truly made my visit a great experience. I genuinely applaud their teamwork and positive energy —McDonald’s needs more employees like them!

We got to the Silver Spring store about noon on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. It was fairly busy table-wise, but many of the patrons weren't eating. Mostly teens sitting and talking or faces glued to their phones. Ordering from the kiosk was quick and easy. Waiting for the food to come to our table was a bit frustrating. It took at least 14 minutes, which I realized after my grandson said multiple times how hungry he was. Our receipt showed the order placed at 12:04 and when I looked at my watch it was 12:18.
