Well play little girl with the braids well played. After sitting for the car in front of me for 5 minutes as it was explained to me by the young lady working to drive through it was because she had to make two McFlurries. When I asked for fresh fries because they were cold I was told that I had to pull forward and wait because she had to drop them. Absolutely terrible service. They made my order wrong two times and took 15 minutes to make it the second time.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes - AFTER PAYING!! Legitimately sat at the second window for over 25 minutes with NO employee communication whatsoever. Watched them pour my drinks and let them sit on the counter for the whole wait. Not one person to greet me, explain there was going to be a wait or anything. Mind you, I got there at 10:28 am and I’m FINALLY pulling out of the parking lot at 11:04 am (on the weekend, so it wasn’t even a last minute breakfast order). This is hands down ... read more
