I think there’s a serious problem with how careless and unreliable this McDonald is. No matter how many times we order from this location online or drive-thru, they just can’t do right by any of there's customers. Today as I was eating my burger I found a hair between the meat and cheese meaning it was cooked. They’ve also forgot our sauces which is all the time. I’m hoping the regional corporation itself starts to do some improvements on this location or just shut it completely.
Food Was Completely ICE COLD!! Police in parking lot blocking Entryway. Staff was Rude and threw my food at me at window!!! Was NOT ACTCEPTABLE from a Survice Person or a MGR at All!!! Not PERFESONAL at SERVICE LEVEL AT All!!!!
This restaurant has improved tremendously! The staff is more friendly and attentive. The building appears cleaner and better kept. The food is more fresh and delicious. Good job, McDonald's!
