Hit or miss. I've gotten our food in less than 2 minutes, but I've also waited 35 minutes for two Happy Meals.
Went downhill over the last year. The floor is covered in oil. It's slippery - it's a safety issue. Equally dirty bathrooms. And horrible customer service. Staff threw their hands in the air when I asked for a water cup and extra sugar. Overall the place is no good. Last visit here for us.
Took my elderly mother here and her experience was awful! She tried a bite of my filet O fish and ended up getting admitted to the hospital, due to her fish allergy! The restaurant never informed us the amount of fish that would be in this item. Very unprofessional and ignorant.
Love McDonald's, but this was the worst experience. Took a while to get someone to take our order, then waited over 15 minutes for our food, and it wasn't prepared correctly! Supervisor was conducting an interview, but paused to scream loudly at the underperforming staff. That didn't seem to help.
