It's the newest and biggest McDonald's in this area, but it is also the slowest hands down when it comes to receiving your food.
Worst McDonald’s experience ever. I was given the wrong sandwich, and when I came back to the window, they refused to refund or exchange it because I had taken one bite — even though that’s how I realized it was wrong. The employee said he would’ve taken it back to exchange it, which is completely unsanitary anyway. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.
Missing part of the meat
Very slow service!!!! No more refills!!! Outrageous drink prices!!!
