Ordered food online, when I went to go pick it up they told me that my order had been given to someone else by mistake. When asked to remake it they refused and gave a hard time about a refund. 0/10 would not recommend this location
Hello fellow reviewers. I was charged 20 CENTS to upgrade to a lemonade. Little did I know, it was not that simple. Although I was charged extra, I did not receive lemonade. WHEN I asked about this, the negligent worker said, "Oh yeah, we out of lemonade... rather then paying me back! This is technically illegal, and I will not stand for this. Stopped here every morning around 6:30 for a week. You have to sit at the drive through & wait multiple minutes until you’re greeted. If you speak up, it’s like you’re imposing upon them. They’re either understaffed, or under trained. Stop at the Dunkin’ next door, they’re open & fast.
I'm a very reasonable person and learned you treat people how you'd expect to be treated. This young man today at the drive thru refused to complete my order because i didn't want the DRINK! I have never went to any fast food restaurant and was told i could not have my order taken because I didn't want the drink. That being said!
