Workers are treated terribly by the store owner, yelled at infront of customers, this owner Kyle Payne should not be associated with any Mcdonald's stores. Extremely rude and incompetent.
Asked for mocha .. girl kept saying it has no espresso.. it does and it says so online. Train the employees on drinks.
Always kind and courteous. Multiple times here and foods always right
I went it to this establishment and there was no straws and napkins out to grab for customers.There was a bunch of food on the floor where I sat including an entire chicken nugget. Before purchasing a happy meal I asked what number toy they had, and I was told #7, which I don’t have. They proceeded to then give me a happy meal with #6 and when I asked to switch it out, I was reprimanded by the manager and told no. I am disappointed by the fact I was lied to and then denied what I was promised.
