I wish they had more standards for professional behavior- like when delivering to curbside pick ups DON'T VAPE. A- you are on the clock not a break and B- its behavior that should be be publicly displayed around children. Also your staff should know how to take a customer concern . Teens who are apathetic are not useful. And as for tue delivery service fueled by third party vendors: start triple checking the order. Don't send what people didn't order and omitting items they did.
While ordering it was fine, stayed for the play place for the kids was down for maintenance, that wasn't really the problem when I went to get a drink. Right machine, carbonated water for the Dr pepper and the coke. So I went to the left machine poured some of the Dr pepper from that machine and it was full of ants.. decided I wasn't going to use the machines at all after I rinsed out my cup, because Cashier wouldn't give me a new one when I talked to her and just filled it up with sweet tea and left really disappointed.
