This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! First they got my order wrong and when I went to the pick up window the worker was so rude! She asked me is this your order and then proceeded to say the food that I didn’t order and of course I said oh no that’s not it. Then she screamed to the back IS THIS HIS ORDER and the worker proceeded to say yes so she yelled in my face HERE IS YOUR ORDER SIR! Then slammed to window in my face! I bought unsweetened tea with lemonade, and it was the worst thing I've ever bought—there was something floating in it.
The way they talk about customers is disturbing I was ordering while I hear a worker saying the children that come here are spoiled brats. While I’m wording she takes my charger that works very good btw, she thinks it’s lost and when we ask for it back the port is gone she offers us no help afterwards I walk out with a disgusting look and broken charger. There is also never working at the counter.
I like to order counter pick up from the app at 9pm. The doors are locked, forcing me to go back to my car and slowly go through the drive thru. Please Clchange your app options or let people come in.
