This location is the champion of putting people on hold when they go to the drive thru. Countless times have I gone here and used the app to pick up my order, gotten to the terminal and been told to wait on hold. Today, 4 cars passed me in the 1st lane while I was still on hold. When I finally got to the front to pick up my food, I got parked to wait again for just 2 sandwiches.
Short handed at time but everyone works hard.
The drive thru is a nightmare service is terrible and always makes you pull ahead tried to go today and the lady at the drive thru acted like we were speaking a different language
What is with this location ALWAYS pulling cars around to wait for their drive thru orders on the other side of the building??!! I literally ordered 2 things.. a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown!! If you can't have the smallest order possible ready within the 3 minutes it took me to get from the order screen to the second window McDonald's, you are failing! Get it together!
