08/20/2026 6:20am, I went through drive-thru and I was the only car there at the time. The man in Drive was very pushy didn't give me time to respond and kept interrupting me saying " anything else" then i proceeded to pick up my food only to be met with this mean mugging lady who didn't care to clean off my frappe cup, knowing well it was covered in caramel and proceeded to hand me the drinks. saw me cleaning the cup with my own car napkins and just stared at me giving me my straws. then had me pull forward. I ordered the number 8 breakfast, but my order didn't have any meat; I ate it anyway just because I felt bad about wasting it—I feel ripped off and would like a coupon.
Very dissatisfied and because the order was to go we were unable to get everything reaolved. Fries were unsalted and flaccid, received the wrong drink, order was missing items, ladies room was in need of a clean. Service was slow. Straws and napkins weren't included and weren't available to grab near the drinks - needed to request them.
Food was good with the exception of some cold fries. Got outside with our order and realized we were missing all our chicken nuggets and some sauces. If visiting this location make sure you double check you have all your food before leaving the pick-up counter.
Bathrooms were disgusting, food was lower quality, forgot half our items
