Worst fast food experience of my life. This woman who’s jaw was literally swinging accidentally gave my food to someone else… which i let go because it happens sometimes. So they sent us to the second window. I waited 30 minutes all for them to give me the wrong food, before i even noticed I had asked for a coke. This location has seriously gone downhill. The last visit, soda machines were down and no signs indicated this when ordering inside. Manager wouldn't address a mix up with food and she was hostile to the point of screaming at me over a burger request. Then she carried on her rant with kitchen staff. My child could here her insulting me sitting at our table. Anger management is needed for the management!
