This place is ridiculous, they literally asked to install spyware to get a refund for a system issue where we got charged but didn't get our food. Literally the worst
Customer service is so rude. I made a purchase, I was charged for it on my credit card, their system malfunctioned, but they see the order is in. They don't have the option to complete it in their system. So this is somehow my problem. They didn't just make it anyway, knowing that I was charged. Why is this corporation so cheap that they can't just fix their issue rather than lose a regular customer? Just make the food anyway because I dealt with your crappy app and drove there, waited in line. Instead I have to sit on hold ... read more
I got a Big Mac, some fries, and a coke, and waited around 10 minutes for it, the food was, pretty good
Placed order at 11:31 for drive through went in to pick it up and didn't receive it till 11:53 with lukewarm fries.... skip this one
