Terrible
It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive through and my food was cold once I got it. I definitely won't be returning.
This McDonald's have a major employee shortage issue. On time service could not be sustained either inside or drive through. One customers asked for a refund after 30 plus minutes inside. McDonald's employees from nearby McDonald's added to the backup. He said he would help them but the store he works is just as short staffed. Takes four times as long to put in an order on the kiosk, as it does to put it in at the counter. The t was not readily available in the menu and when we did find it it was not self-serve. Pay at kiosk failed, so we had to stand and wait until we could pay the counter. Once paid at the counter and sitting at our table, we still had to go up to the counter to get our food even though we had a table tent.
