I used my McDonalds app to order a pickup and the service is hit or miss, they I ordered a large Bacon Quarter pounder meal and a 4 piece nugget and the fries were cold and soggy and they totally forgot my nuggies. This isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this to me but for a quick meal while at work it’s convenient. I wish this store would get their act together. I left a bad survey and this time I’ve called Corporate so let’s see what happens

At 6:45 pm on 9/9/26 an employee threatened me with a knife and said "get the f__k out of your car white boy, I am going to f__king cut you up", this was after he had asked me what I had ordered and where I responded normally as anyone would with producing my receipt. I called 911 and several police units arrived within a few minutes. Police confirmed the employee was carrying a knife and had intended to use it. I ordered fries and Dr Pepper. They took awhile and was empty so I asked an employee. They brought out this dr pepper they called a dirty one which I thought was weird but there was cream on top. I thought maybe I just ordered something strange because I looked it up as something after. Turns out it was dirty with bugs in it. This is disgusting and a health inspection needs to be done at this location
