Rude customer service from this lady right here told me that they didn’t have a shake and I asked if she was able to refund it. She told me I needed to go through the app and request a refund and I explained to her that I can’t do it that I’ve tried before And then she told me what do you want me to do about it there’s nothing I can do for you, and then I explained to her simply if she could substitute it with something that she thought was a fair value of the price of a shake, and she kept flicking her hands at me and wavin... read more
