This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. I ordered a Coke but was given a Root Beer. When I told the staff member (Manreet) about the mistake, instead of handling it properly, she went to the back and started talking badly about me in Hindi—assuming I wouldn’t understand. She falsely claimed that I had finished the drink and then came to ask for a replacement, which was completely untrue. For the smarty McFlurry I had to mix it because they didn't mix it and then for the Sunday they didn't add enough chocolate to it I really did not enjoyed this experience
Hi, I just wanted to bring something to your attention. I’ve noticed that every time I come to this McDonald’s to pick up delivery orders, the staff tends to ignore us delivery drivers.
