This place has really hit the skids. The food arrives luke warm at best. I went in for breakfast this morning. Was eating in so I took one of the little cones. Fifteen minutes later I hadn't gotten my food. Went up to the counter to see my order sitting on a tray. I asked the woman why it hadn't been delivered. Her English was so poor she had to get someone else. Of course my order was cold. Ray Kroc would be ashamed. Won't be back.
Drove 35 mins to get food. Left with half my order and no receipt. Kinda hard to leave a complaint with out the invoice number. Got home and had half my order.
I was handed the wrong food & drink in the drive thru today, when I let them know it was incorrect, they asked me to pull forward to the next window which, no problem - it happens. Then, after waiting over 10 minutes & a dozen cars pulling through the line receiving their food - my food was cold!
