Yall might as well take the Frappe off of yalls menu at this point
They have the worst service than any other McDonald's I have been to. Its hot and I wanted to get an iced coffee. I decided to skip the drive through and go inside and when I get there its just employees having a conversation with each other and I had to wait for their conversation to end for the cashier to even look at me, no greetings, no sorry about your wait or anything. Ordered a big breakfast for DoorDash with a large macchiato and they sent me a big breakfast with no hot cakes which is what my wife wanted to begin with and then she left without even acknowledging the fact that there was a problem so here's a picture of the receipt and I will be in contact with whom I need to be contacted with cuz this is not the first time and I'm going to be documenting every time this happens now and if they don't make it right I'm going to start dropping their ratings every time and I ask that my follo... read more
