Slow service every time I go, there could be nobody infront of me and it’s still going to take 10-15 minutes to get my order. Almost always forgetting something in my order from sauces to burgers and nuggets, then refusing to give more sauces saying I need to pay for it when I already did. And nobody is ever at the first window to give a receipt for mobile orders or to take payment. Great food and service and the best coffee that you can buy at ANY price. Their breakfast is excellent, the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle is a favorite of ours.
The cashier, Brian was was very kind and I could tell he has exceptional customer service.
