Hello, I would like to report an issue that happened during my recent order pickup. Yesterday, I came to pick up my food and clearly informed your staff of my name and order number. A staff member (an older Mexican lady) told me that my order was still being packed. At that time, there was only one order being prepared, so I assumed it was mine. Waited 10 minutes for a medium fries that i had preordered on the app and went thought the drive thru.
It’s Mac Donald’s. Self serve which takes away from the human interaction. Food is predictable and not a fan of the grey dark soul they gave adopted for the exterior .
