Always have to park and wait 10-14 extra minutes for a order. Writing this as i wait 20 minutes for 2 $6 mcdouble meals
The first staff member (a Spanish lady) came to the drive through window asking me to park just outside of the drive through window so their timer doesn't count how long I sit waiting. I said "no, I'll wait right here. I drove 10-15 minutes+ to get here with the order in place," and I asked her "you're telling me the wait is longer, so if someone comes to this McDonald's for a chicken sandwich, they're gonna wait 16+ minutes in the drive thru?" Slow service
Absolutely cannot take your orders right. Then you take my phone and charge me for the fries and apple pie. Still don’t have my apple pie and then come back to my phone for a dollar To charge for the Apple pie? I waited in line and waited. 15 minutes for my food absolutely ridiculous. to really get crazy over a dollar for your Apple pie, you lost a customer over that one dollar
We ordered on the app and the only available option was to pick it up in the drive-through. The drive-through line is almost out of the parking lot and they locked the building so I can’t even go in to use the bathroom if I wanted to. This is very inconvenient as I am on a time crunch and I have a 3 hour drive ahead of me. My food is probably cold and I already paid for in the app about 10-20 minutes ago, so even if I wanted to leave and go to a different McDonald’s, I can’t.
