Very very very very slow service.
Frozen coke machine down.
The manager refused to Give me a large iced coffee. She stated it is policy to give a small iced coffee when individuals ask for less ice. I told her the cup isn’t even a large and she laughed and said she can give me a small cup of ice. Very rude.
