Food was old. Asked for no salt on fries but they came with salt. Not acceptable
I just witnessed a manager, what I believe was a manager treating two customers back to back horribly. He than shook his head at his employees. He didn't allow a person to pick up her order because she questioned him, " why does this location always say my food is ready and it's not". The younger employee taking food out had to apologize for his actions amd stated, " im sorry, he treats everyone poorly ". If you don't like being in the customer service industry maybe its time for a new career.
