Came in the morning drive thur for a large iced coffee, breakfast burrito, and hash brown. When I got to the window, was told to pull forward to wait for coffee. Coffee was giv8ng but no food. Had to wait again for no one to come out with my food. I had to park and get out to ask about my food just to receive a bunch of confused faces and no food. Food was gross and the coffee was messed up.(no cream or sugar). I was late to work on top of it.
Fast and accurate service but....FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TURN THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER DOWN! EVERY TIME I GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU THE SPEAKER IS INCREDIBLY LOUD !! YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SO LOUD!! I VALUE MY HEARING. Thank you and have a blessed day.
I picked up a door dash order. The place clean. The employees were friendly. Food was ready fast.
