This place cannot be considered fast food as I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order. The customer service here is non existent as I asked several team members on the status of my meal and no one seemed to care or help at all. When we did receive the food, it was missing items and the slushee was half melted, leading me to believe the food was just sitting around before they could be bothered to bring it out. Cannot recommend this McDonalds less.
Never received my frappe. Was told it would be 2 mins. 5 mins. Later still no frappe and I had to leave for work. They need to realize that people are not able to wait for their items.
The staff is very kind and helpful. The food tasted perfect and overall, the restaurant was clean and well maintained too. This McDonald's never disappoints!
My family waited 30 minutes at curbside on 10/27/25 around 7p.
