Management is horrible. You bring a receipt showing you spent 23$ and they won't give you your food. You order on the app it sends a confirmation saying that you for placing a order and they still don't make it right. I work in the public and we use apps as well. When it does not work properly we make it right for the customer and def when they have proof of purchase. Management thinks they know everything but very rude.
