Ordered through the mobile app and gave them my order number at the intercom. They told us “last window,” so we drove up there. Once at the last window, they told us to back up to the first window. I even said, “you told me last window on the intercom,” but instead of handling it politely, the worker responded with attitude and unprofessional remarks. It is unclear if they accidentally said “last window” or if I misheard “first window,” but either way, there was no reason for the rude behavior. Very disappointing experience.
