Walked in to dine in and stood at counter for awhile. Employees moving about and then after-awhile one said be with you and continued never looking up as all other employees. We then walked out and went next door and was attending to immediately. My daughter’s Special Olympics was sponsored by McDonalds we are from Houston.

Incompetent staff completely screw out order up
Rude staff and management. Manager handed me my coffee at the drive thru without the lid fully attached and spilled burning hot coffee all over my hands. I was hurt and didn't even know what to do. Rather than apologize or ask if I was even ok, she acted like it was my fault and asked if I needed a napkin 😑 my hands were blistered the next day. Never went back, never will.
