Food missing from my order and good luck fixing it unless you want to drive back up there. They don't answer the phone and no way for a partial refund on the app

I recently revisited the Wylie McDonald's after a long hiatus, hoping the recent renovations might signal a fresh start. While I noticed some genuine effort from the staff to improve service, unfortunately, the overall experience still left much to be desired. The parking lot was surprisingly packed for 9:00am on a Saturday, which made finding a spot a challenge. At lunch they now put everyone in the reserve parking spaces to have better metrics for corporate but you'll still sit out there for 10 minutes because you had the audacity to order two cheeseburgers.

Went to this location went through the drive thru and no one was there to take orders. The whole staff was in the parking lot playing and goofing off. This was the night staff around 10pm. This whole staff need to be replaced. Ppl started leaving because they couldn't get their food or order anything.
