30+ minutes in the drive thru - gave up and went to the Mexican food spot across the street. Quicker, better food and service.
8 out of ten times going here the order is incorrect. This owner has to go, Southern Highlands deserves better I'm truly fed up with this location.
Employees are always rude and act like they are angry you showed up. Fries are always cold. And if you order from this location for delivery even through the McDonalds app they always forget something in the order. I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food for years and this type of behavior was never tolerated.
