Ordered on the app and got free French fries, went thru the drive thru and took two seconds to give them the order number and move up in the drive thru line. I had my food within 3 minutes after telling them my order number
Very disorganized. Did a mobile order at 3:50pm. 2 Cheeseburgers and 20 piece nuggets. I arrived around 4:00pm. There were at least 10 people that order in store after me and they all got there good before us. After asking for my order 2 or 3 times. The response is, we are working on it. Finalky got food at 4:26pm.
I just went this morning and got two sandwiches and a frappe, once I pickup my food the worker tells me the frappe machine went down, no problem, so I switched it out for a strawberry banana smoothie to which they only fill 3/4 of the cup. And on my sandwich I got a hair taking up the whole size of the bun. Went ahead and threw my food out because the kitchen can’t wear hairnets
Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru at 4am in the morning and NOBODY came to the intercom. There were workers inside and they refused to take orders.
Ronald himself came down and gave me a sloppy under the table
