employees are rude as hell. how are you gonna hand me the wrong thing.. then i politely tell you youre giving me someone elses order.. and you yell at me that I’M wrong. like i wouldnt know what i JUST ordered. after i got the correct order there was no apology either. cant stand nasty attitudes.
Customer service will give temptations for a charge.... Called back at window explaining they didn't have my entire order in the bag. IMMEDIATELY, there was attitude. I wish I caught her name but, little girl in charge of window at 10 o'clock at night, will smile and laugh in your face with your complaint. Manager on duty gave a simple "I'm sorry" and sent me on my way. Order door dash to skip the fight at the counter or drive thru. You will have temptations for a charge you can avoid.
