Poor customer service skills. Girl at drive through said, No when I asked for a McFlurry with my meal instead of a soda. What she should have said was I can't do that with a meal but, I can change it to your sandwich, fries and then add the McFlurry. But, she simply said No. Please retrain the staff with better customer service.
