Usually don’t have a problem with this location, but recently they decided that a medium iced latte comes in a small sized cup. They don’t do this at other locations… I went through the drive through yesterday morning (at this location) and ordered a medium iced macchiato- it came in a correct sized cup. Today I ordered a medium iced latte and it came in a small. The manager told me that IS a medium for a latte, despite the cup clearly saying that it was a small cup for an iced coffee. Went there on June 25, 2025. The service was poor. The food was cold. And the young lady that served me, my food was rude.
