Placed an online order as I’m staying in the hotel right next door. Walked over 8 minutes after placing my order. I ordered. A sausage egg McMuffin no cheese. So why on earth would y’all take the egg off my sausage EGG McMuffin. If I don’t want egg I would have ordered a regular sausage McMuffin.
Worst location I have ever been to. Waited for 25 minutes just for a coffee order. Staff is very confused and unprofessional.
Can get busy at times, especially weekends. I was really disappointed when they took away the soda fountain for free refills. Kitchen staff will often miss custom orders - I paid for extra cheese on a Filet o Fish but didn't get it and didn't notice until I got home.
