Messed up our order and told us to come back. When we got there we were turned away
I was trying to pick up an order. The staff would not help me. They looked at me and then sat there on their phone without even acknowledging that I was there. I waited over 10 minutes with no help in the freezing cold because the pick up window Area was freezing. I ended up having to cancel the delivery because that is torture. You do not let someone wait in a freezing cold room and look at them and not help them this place should be shut down.
