Food was great no complaints. But the interaction the employee had with customer was not a friendly one of helpful to the customer at all. He couldn't order from the kiosk and she didn't want to manually take his order. She got upset and mad and made him the customer react angrily and mad. Strangest McDonald’s visit I’ve had. My burger was missing the patty! literally just bread and cheese. Very weird mistake, and honestly unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen, but I was the only customer, so there was no rush to blame. This is just basic quality control, and it makes me question how seriously this location takes its food prep.
