I spent 25 minutes waiting for a big Mac meal in the curbside pick up line. If I wanted to wait this long, I would go to an actual restaurant.
This McDonald's has consistently given horrible service. This time around they refuse to give me a refill on my fountain drink. They do have a sign by the door that states no refills once customers leave but I ate inside. If McDonald's is wondering why they are making less and less money every quarter this is why. They raised all the prices and give less.
Drive thru here sucks, it needs to be a “fast food” but slower than a turtle. Even when there’s few car they take their time taking order and even ask you to pull over in the side for one easy order. if you wanna get your food right away driver somewhere else. Expect to spend atleast 30 mins of your time in drive thru. they need to look at what’s going on.
Waited 20 minutes for a pick up order and the food was stone cold.
If your kids want McDonald's be sure to avoid this location at all costs. I have never once been here and waited less than 20-30 minutes... even when ordering on the app. It's probably a better idea to go across town or drive to Riverside or Norco.
