If its past 5pm DO NOT COME HERE the employees are literally incompetent. They will either mess up your order or give you cold food. There is no in-between.
100% guaranteed you will arrive at the 2nd window (drive-thru) only to be told to pull forward and park while they prepare your order, and then you'll wait another 10-12 minutes for an employee to walk out with about 13 bags for all 4 cars that are also waiting. I'd kindly suggest to the Manager here to walk over to In n Out and observe how it should be done....
