Absolutely ridiculous. I paid extra for a medium smoothie, and I was handed a small. I even pointed it out, and instead of fixing the mistake, the employee insisted the small cup was a medium. It's insulting to think customers are too stupid to know the difference between a small and a medium. on top of that my smoothie wasn’t fully blended. If I paid extra, I expect to get what I paid for—not be argued with. Terrible customer service, and I'll be thinking twice before coming back
