It is McDonalds, It is clean and pleasant help. It's not the stores fault, but the phone app is horrible. The store screen is better but I don't understand why. Adorable mini Happy Meal toys.
Every time I come to the Newton location, I ask for ketchup. It doesn’t matter if I have 4 orders of fries and 20 nuggets. They never give more than 3 packets. When you ask for more they say no. I have literally had to go inside to get more. I asked for 6 ketchups today and they gave 4. The prices this place charges, there’s no reason to be ripping people off w ketchup
Nuggets were cold, had hard pieces, and had a stray hair. Whenever i go here they somehow forget the sauce i ordered, tarnishing my meal. One time i waited 10+ minutes in the drive thru line. Mind you nobody was there. I wouldnt call that fast food
