My husband is a truck driver attempted to place his order on the kiosk which he was instructed to do so by one of the workers another gentleman refused him service and was asked to leave because they were not ready to serve guests keep in mind the store hours on the door stated they were open and the doors was open this is poor customer and poor management just close your restaurant if you don't want to serve customers!
Worse service ever. Came in on 8-13-25 at 9pm. Carmel color teen boy is extremely rude. Wait time for cookies and fries was over 20 mins. Went in for a refund. Told the cashier who went to go bag my order immediately that I appreciate her and that her co worker was extremely rude. She told him what I said. 5 years later I decided to give them another try and almost died. They served me a Big Mac with rotten patties. I was instantly sick after eating. This was my first meal of the day and they tried to kill me. They have some serious quality control issues and quite reckless with people's health. Worst McDonald’s you can go to especially in the morning no sense of urgency, lazy employees and rude , all week they say the system is down and there only taking cash only when I spoke with a manager she lied and said it’s a nation wide issue this McDonald’s is horrible they won’t even take orders at the counter I hope corporate looks into this and maybe get new managers and all new employees
