I placed an order through the mobile app, and the experience was extremely disappointing. For 20 minutes, the staff ignored me and kept saying the order was “in process.” Then they suddenly claimed “the order was never in the system” and sent me away without offering any real solution. Canceling the order through the app was impossible, so I had to argue with the McDonald’s team just to get help.
