This was during breakfast on a sunday at 10 am rush hour.So I don't expect exceptional service from fast food,but i do expect that when my order is wrong that the guy in the second window handing me my food not roll his eyes at me when i tell him my ice coffee is wrong. I paid money and the order was made wrong. Simple as that just give me what i paid for. The person taking the order is rushing you so maybe that is why the order was made wrong in the first place.
