I entered in a wheelchair and ordered through the app selecting bring it to my table. My table number was 103. When my food was ready they called out an internal order number at the counter and took my food back to the kitchen. I then waited to be acknowledged at the counter and they began the search for my food. By the time I got my food it was cold. But also my drink cup was empty. This was during breakfast on a sunday at 10 am rush hour.So I don't expect exceptional service from fast food,but i do expect that when my order is wrong that the guy in the second window handing me my food not roll his eyes at me when i tell him my ice coffee is wrong. I paid money and the order was made wrong. Simple as that just give me what i paid for. The person taking the order is rushing you so maybe that is why the order was made wrong in the first place.
