This was during breakfast on a sunday at 10 am rush hour.So I don't expect exceptional service from fast food,but i do expect that when my order is wrong that the guy in the second window handing me my food not roll his eyes at me when i tell him my ice coffee is wrong. I paid money and the order was made wrong. Simple as that just give me what i paid for. The person taking the order is rushing you so maybe that is why the order was made wrong in the first place. Food is what you'd expect, but I've had several instances of the staff being pretty rude at the drive thru. The inside is clean and well-maintained
